*Cancellation Policy (Third-Party & Non-Refundable Bookings):

– More than 1 week before check-in 100% deposit refunded.
– More than 48 hours before check-in 50% deposit refunded.
– Less than 48 hours before check-in 0% deposit refunded.
– All non-refundable bookings are final and ineligible for refunds.

*Please note that any cancellation incurs a 10% administration fee.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued.

Any Bookings Administrated by Gariepview for Groups / Group Bookings at another Establishment in and around Gariepdam will be charged at R75.00 per person per night!
